When you are ready to begin the search for a new home, I will assist you as a professional Buyer's Agent. My goal is to arm you with knowledge so that you make good home buying decisions. My expertise is guiding this process towards a timely and cost-effective settlement. Your goal is to buy the home you want to live in at the price you can afford. Because the purchase of real estate is one of the most important investments you make, you want to work with an agent who takes the business of buying and selling property seriously. My only business is Real Estate.
To help you buy a home, I will speak with you at length about your requirements (style, location, price, and objectives); review financial alternatives to determine price point; provide information on all homes available in your area of choice, and show you the entire area you select. Further, I will prepare and discuss "comps" on homes you specify as "of interest" (drawbacks as well as benefits); provide you with settlement expenses (in advance); explain all documents, and accompany you through the settlement process.

Objectivity. Most home
buyers are emotionally involved in the purchase of their home. The financial
outcome of an upcoming purchase is critical to your family's security and peace
of mind. I view your home purchase from the perspective of an informed
professional. Without that emotional feeling about the home, I can weigh
its pluses and minuses. And, I serve as a valuable negotiator who can
communicate effectively with both you and the Seller's Agent.
Experience. Showing,
negotiating and purchasing a home is a craft; one which is learned and refined,
one that requires good instincts and is practiced daily. The purchase of
your home is best accomplished by working with an agent who is in the business
of buying and selling homes. I am a full-time licensed real estate agent
and Real Estate is my only business.
Market Exposure. As a licensed Real Estate Agent in Maryland, I am able to show you
any property available for sale, regardless of who listed it. I belong to the
Multiple Listing Service which uses computer systems to keep its members
informed on a minute-by-minute basis of all homes coming into and leaving the
market. I use the Internet to assist me with communications management, in
addition to locating information on homes, communities, financial services,
schools, etc.
Financial Knowledge. Most
buyers need financing help to buy a home. Today, more than ever, many
forms of financing are available. The tremendous variety of mortgages and rates
can be confusing. I can provide the needed assistance you require
regarding the appropriate financing alternatives to use in each situation deemed
"of interest."
