Pamela Jo ~ I can’t say enough about your diligence, attention to detail, knowledge of the market, and concern for our best interests. Without these four things, our real estate transactions would have come out harried and expensive. Selling one home and buying another at the same time is more difficult than most people envision it to be. But for us, because of you, it was all smooth sailing. First you researched both areas of town to make sure we were competitively priced and could negotiate where needed on both homes. Listening to you on those numbers was the best thing we ever did! Then you took the time to investigate every offer so that we chose the best one (the one with the best chance of closing on time, and with the most money for us).
