When the time comes to sell your home, the most important decision you will make is the selection of a "Listing" Agent.  Your first thought might be that selling a house is not all that difficult. It really isn't that simple.  For most folks, selling "the house" becomes much more than that...the "house" is your "home."

Objectivity.  The financial outcome of an upcoming sale is critical to your family's security and peace of mind.  Most homeowners are emotionally involved in the sale of their home and, therefore, do not view this process objectively.  But as your real estate professional, I view your home with real-time market objectivity. Without that emotional feeling about the home, I can weigh its pluses and minuses and serve as a valuable negotiator who can communicate effectively with both you and the Buyer's Agent .

Experience.  Showing, negotiating and selling a home is an art; one which is learned and refined over time.  One that requires good instincts and is practiced often.  Selling your home is best accomplished by someone who is in the business of selling homes.  My only business is Real Estate .  

Market Exposure.  I belong to the Multiple Listing Service.  This service uses computer systems to keep members informed on a minute-by-minute basis of all homes coming into and leaving the market.  In addition, I use Internet services to provide a presentation platform for information on your home, community, schools, and mortgage information to a broad array of peoples across the world.  Addressing the relocation market is a very important tool in selling your home.  And, I don't forget the basics:  magazine/newspaper advertising, direct mailers, and the community of Realtors .

Financial Knowledge.  Today, more than ever, many forms of financing are available.  Most buyers need financing help to buy a home.  The tremendous variety of mortgages  (and rates!) can be confusing to a buyer.  I provide the needed assistance to both you and the Buyers Agent regarding the appropriate financing alternatives to use in each situation.
