Annapolis, MD:  Kelly teaches school and had been looking in this area on and off for about a year.  She enjoyed the bustle of downtown, being near the water and having a neighborhood/community atmosphere.  Not wanting to move away from the Annapolis area and desiring a more spacious home, she called Pamela Jo to assist in a house hunt.

Kelly knew the communities she would consider:  She really wanted a home with a light, bright and open floorplan.  And, along the way, she discovered that easy maintenance also topped her list!
